More clients. More revenue. Awards.
We must be doing something right!

From Day One, back in 1994, we have focussed on the Incentive Travel business, selling India as a destination to the western corporate world. And that focus has helped us grow steadily.

From an initial customer base in France, we now work with clients all over the world. Revenues have grown too, from around US$ one million before the turn of the century, to US$ seven million in 2006. Recognition has also come from the Government of Indiawith National Tourism Awards which we have received for Excellence from the Ministry of Tourism.

Our professionals share an absolute passion for the destination. Collectively, the Distant Frontiers team represents 21 Indian states, speaking 26 Indian languages and 9 foreign languages, represented by most faiths of religion. Their extensive local knowledge and experience is second to none, with as much as 25 years of experience in the travel industry. The company has dedicated 'Market Specialists' who have deep understanding of the needs of a particular market and its people.

Our edge comes from the quality of our people. In the hugely competitive travel business, that’s the only way to ensure that we stay ahead of the pack.

Our managing partners spend large portions of their time travelling within the country, researching new products and checking existing infrastructure.

A team of Account Managers focusses on different segments of the business in our Delhi office, supported by a network of associate offices all over India, Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka.

Our Tour Managers are a critical link in the chain: our team is made up of carefully chosen specialists in the fields of Indian art, music, architecture, mythology, religion and traditions.
